Iron Biby lifted 230kg in Glasgow at Giants Live's 2023 World Tour Finals as an overhead log press breaking his own World Record Log Press from 2021. Žydrūnas Savickas had the record previously.

How much does Iron Biby eat a day?

Iron Biby is not a huge eater but strongman standards, consuming about 6,000 calories a day, he just naturally holds weight.

Why is Iron Biby not in World’s Strongest Man (WSM)?

Iron Biby has been to World's Strongest Man twice, however, unfortunately he has had to pull out twice before the competition started. In 2018, in the Philippines the doctor sadly said he was unable to compete due to malaria. In 2023, he had damage to his biceps and he was unable to recover in time to compete in April at World's Strongest Man. Iron Biby fully intends to compete at World's Strongest Man at some point in the future.
