Giants Live supports UK Armed Forces Strongest Female Novice Competition

Giants Live was proud to be able to support the UK Armed Forces Strongest Female Novice competition, held on Thursday 18th March at Queen Elizabeth Barracks in Strensall in York.

As part of our growing partnership with the Army Strongman and Strongwoman Association, launched in January this year, the event featured world-class Giants Live Strongwomen as special guest referees, including Donna Moore, Meg Robson-Austin, Nicola Bennett and Claire Myler.

They supported the competition between female Army athletes who demonstrated their impressive strength and huge potential during a day that showed the incredible determination of all competitors to be the best.

Darren Sadler, Director of Giants Live and Official Strongman, said:

“We’re incredibly proud to have supported such a fantastic event with the UK Armed Forces. It’s another great example of what this partnership is all about – creating opportunities, showcasing talent, and building strong pathways for athletes within the Armed Forces community.”

More of Britain’s strongest female athletes will be showcased at Britain’s Strongest Woman 2026, taking place at York Barbican on Saturday 26 July at 5pm, where powerhouse competitors who supported the Army event – such as Donna Moore and Claire Myler – will take to the stage.  Tickets are available now at www.giants-live.com/shows/britains-strongest-woman-2026
