Patrick has twice finished runner-up at Germany’s Strongest Man and will be making his first appearance here at both Giants Live and Europe’s Strongest Man. Like Kevin Hazeleger, he has competed regularly on the Strongman Champions League circuit, achieving podium finishes in both Latvia and Finland and claiming a superb victory in England last season, winning the World Truck Pull Championships!
Beginning his Strongman career in 2019, Patrick previously played competitive ice hockey for twenty years! He is a two-time winner of the FIBO Strongman ClassX, taking titles in 2024 and last season. At last year’s Eisenhart Deadlift contest he pulled an impressive 405kg and therefore will be eagerly anticipating this evening’s Axle Deadlift for Reps event, where if he can replicate that kind of pulling power, he should well score some good points.
