Two-time Canada’s Strongest Man runner-up, James Jeffers, placed 4th at the 2024 Official Strongman Games, just behind Tim Buck.
James turned professional after winning the amateur Canadian title in 2021 and has, by his own admission, eaten and slept Strongman ever since. His favourite moment in the sport was his stone run at the 2024 Canadian Championship in which he was the only competitor to lift all the Atlas Stones, catapulting him from 4th to 2nd place overall.
